There are many reasons as to why you should keep your air conditioning units and fridges serviced regularly. A simple regular preventative maintenance service can stop problems before they occur.
These can be simple items like noticing a failing condensing pump causing a minor leak or if your refrigerant system has been leaking.
Both of these issues can lead to major problems that when not caught early on can be expensive, as well as cause down time that can effect your business let alone the energy saving costs of an efficient run machine.
With a CM Cooling Control monthly maintenance contract for your air conditioning, air handling units, walk-in cold rooms or commercial catering fridge, not only can you never get caught unaware of a high unexpected cost but you also have the piece of mind that we are only a phone call away to fix your problems.
CM Cooling Control is a F-gas certified company, assuring correct use and handling of all refrigerants used in range of plant. It is a legal requirement to have equipment maintained at least once a year (dependent on amount of refrigerant used in the system) to ensure the systems are checked for leaking ozone depleting gases.
The maintenance contract would include a complete asset list of all equipment, a full F-gas log of all equipment on site and quantities of refrigerant in each system which can be used for reference for any audits conducted on your premises.
All of our engineers are fully trained and F-gas qualified and have also received various manufacturers training from companies such as Mitsubishi and Daikin.
All engineers hold CSCS cards and security checks, as well as PASMA tickets for using mobile towers and IPAF tickets for access equipment for any high level work.
We also work alongside a wide range of different trades such as qualified electricians, plumbers and gas safe qualified domestic and commercial heating engineers whom we can bring in to assist with any maintenance contracts or works needed.
